Dr. Gina Bishop holds a PhD, RN, and MSN/Ed — credentials earned not in classrooms alone, but in the clinical trenches of healthcare leadership, where life’s decisions carry immediate human consequence. She has led teams through crisis, navigated institutional complexity, and built educational systems that had to perform under pressure. Her academic background in nursing education gives her a precise understanding of how people learn, adapt, and break — and what it takes to rebuild capacity when the system has demanded more than the person inside it could sustain.

She helped found Leading Edge Advisory Group because of those individuals that she has encountered — capable, credentialed, experienced — were making decisions in fog. Not from lack of intelligence. From lack of structured clarity in life. From operating in environments that rewarded urgency over discernment.
